Mid States Oil Refining Company was founded in 1995 because of the constant major changes in the rules and regulations of the E.P.A. Mid States was formed to reduce the risk exposure and liability of generators of petroleum base products by two critical and state-of-the-art procedures:

1. Providing exact documentation which includes beginning & ending measurements
and net volumes which correspond with the current E.P.A. requirements.

2. “The Tank Monitor Service” which checks for 2 classes of contamination in waste oil tanks. Mid States uses electronic detection equipment to check for the presence of Halogens.
